The whole reason we chose this hotel, was for the indoor heated pool and fitness room. The fitness room had broken equipment so we were unable to use. Having read the reviews, we went through the McDonald's parking lot to avoid the first half of the access road. We had difficulty finding a place to park after check-in (more on that later). “You are staying next to a ghost town mall.”

Not the fault of the hotel chain, but the outlet mall that is a lead in to the hotel is more than 50% empty.
