Staff were very helpful. We arrived @ midnight on Xmas Eve and they were very accommodating. Ideal location to stay and walk around Leon. Very helpful at reception with all questions even though my Spanish was not that good. Was able to fully the character of Leon eve though it was not long after elections and the people rather high spirited in the evenings. Great views from the top of the old cathedral.

I can't imagine a better location or a nicer place to stay while in León. Jorge Tellez, the manager, was invariably friendly and helpful. If you must have luxury, spend about 250% more for electronic door keys and twin queen beds at El Convento.
