Staff was very friendly and we were greeted with warm cookies at check-in. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Kleenex was not refilled during our stay. Walls were thin between rooms and could hear guests clearly, well into the night. Minor complaints but will definitely stay again if/when we're in the area again.

This was a good experience for me and the others people that I traveled with. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was always friendly.

Booked a room on short notice. Reservation was found immediately at checkin and I got a room upgrade as well as a bag with water bottles and chips - nice touch ! Our room was clean and cozy. The bed was so comfortable, we enjoyed spending saturday morning laying in it, drinking coffee. Called for more coffee and cups Saturday night, brought it within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom had lots of room and nice size shower. Used the iron and it worked great. This is second time i was at the Double Tree Hotel and i was not pleased with this stay at all. The water temp in the hot tub was cold and air temp in the pool room was cold. Stayed last week for business, nice hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Ate at the restaurant for dinner and meal was very good. Free internet and breakfast each day. Free coffee, tea etc all day, great cookies whenever you wanted them and munchies at the bar in the evening. Next trip to Novi, I will stay at this hotel.

Says free internet, well only in lobby. Room internet was 9.99 a day.
