We walked in and a prostitute was at the desk in full drag. The room was not clean, the bathroom was not clean. No soap, no shampoo. The roof was patched and not repainted. Dust was on the lamps. I pre-paid the reservation but I checked out and went to a different hotel.

Not only should they renovate the rooms, they should renovate and train the staff on PROPER customer service etiquette. The Met is an older hotel but was clean and neat. The King executive room was large and clean but the finishes were older. The included breakfast only had tea and coffee, and items like toast and muffins. The breakfast was disappointing!
