The hotel itself is pleasant and clean. But, the staff tends to be apathetic and detached. It is close to the lake and to restaurants. Not bad for a few days, but not for an extended stay.
Everything about this place is just right. No bar but there's one in the Mexican Restaurant 50 ft away. Check in was fast and friendly and the room was large, clean and comfortable. Really nice hotel!!
We stayed here for the PGA Senior Open. It has a lovely location across the road from Lake Michigan. Silver Beach is down the road with free parking. The room we had was not outdated by any means. They had four pillows on each bed- 2 soft and 2 firm. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Better than average breakfast....

Had a King suit with a view of Lake Michigan. The room was spacious and clean. Nice balcony. Great value for a weeknight getaway. Just minutes from the beach and shopping. Will definately stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. Great staff, great location, great town. Can't wait to stay again. Girls up front are very helpful and knowledgeable, the cleaning staff is right on, and the Continental Breakfast was tasty.
after calling this hotel and being assured by Amanda that the presidential suite came with a jacuzzi in the bedroom not the bathroom just as the website stated we booked 2 nights.
