This is not a "resort" property but privately owned condos that are available for rent. Don't expect amenities or activities. The unit was extremely clean and equipped, property clean and well maintained, rental management accessible(although we had no need to call). Only downside was master bed extremely uncomfortable! Incredible views of East Bay.
