Fantastic Service, valet parking, spacious rooms with an old-world feel, beautiful colors, room service. Brewpub downstairs has excellent menu items. There are some awesome shops in the building. WE FELT at HOME. Staff were all great. I ran out of adjectives, but they are all true!

Beautiful, elegantly outfitted rooms, many with a terrific view of Duluth's working harbor. Gracious front desk staff, happy to take care of whatever you need. And good lord - stunning beer brewed onsite, with growlers you can take back to your room. I come here as often as I can and love it every time.

We did not expect much. We got much more than expected. We were granted an upgrade to a very large and comfortable room. The staff were extremely kind. A simple but nice continental breakfast included. We were there for ten days a never got tired of the room or the hotel.
