I had a reservation for tonight. They overbooked the hotel and would not give me a room. You might think you have a reservation here, but as my experience tonight shows, you never know for sure. BEWARE OF THEIR OVERBOOKING!

The Westin Edina is exactly what I expect from the Westin brand. It's a newer hotel located near shopping and other attractions. The staff was helpful and the service was excellent. Paying for parking at a hotel out of the city is unusual I must say, but that would be my only area I could see improvement.
