The night desk person was rude and obnoxious. The hotel is dirty and unkept. Does not meet the normal standards of the Choice Hotel chains. The Super8 next door is friendly, clean and very reasonably priced!

The Econolodge in Jackson is a modest hotel with all the amenities. Door key wouldn't work in street side entrance. We stayed three nights and it was never fixed. Looked like someone had jerked door open on hall side and ripped off night lock. We stayed here for one night on our way back home from South Dakota. This place is older, worn, and not real clean. Our room was a non-smoking but oviouslly not used as such. We used the bar and restaurant and had a nice meal and drink prices were high. Pool area looked very nice.

We stayed here because it was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the Okoboji area where we attended a wedding. The pool and pool area was nicer than most hotels if its class. The continental breakfast was adequate but sparse, and did not open as early as advertised. Our non-smoking room was smokier than is acceptable for a non-smoking room.... More

Older motel but they are upgraidng pool area and some of the rooms. Basic choice hotel breakfast,not as good as some but adequate. Staff very friendly and efficient. only 50 bucks!

OK motel stop. Great pool area. Could not connect wi-fi from room- too far back. OK to connect in inside pool area.Nice restaurant adjacent to Motel.
