The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. It was about 3 blocks from the Government light rail station. The hotel food was pretty good and didn't cost too much, for room-service

The hotel is certainly nice. The hallways are very long and if you get the wrong room it's pretty far from the lobby. The rooms are very standard, no frills.

We spent a getaway weekend with our 3 grandsons (ages 6, 8, 10) so that we could play at the Depot Waterpark. The rooms were very nice and the staff was helpful. The restaurants were excellent but a little pricey for 3 little guys. All-in-all very nice!

We stayed for a little family get away weekend. The train themed waterpark and the train decor throughout the hotel were BIG hits! Clean and very friendly and helpful staff!

I loved the room, the staff, and especially Charley's Grill. I ordered some specific things, not on the menu. I also substituted one item. It was no worries. I would go back just for Charley's Grill alone.

The Staff was very helpful. The rooms were nice, but I had to call down to the Main Desk to get a small fridge (should have been standard) and the beds are at a 90 degree angle from the TV. We had the $14.00 evening Buffet which was only mediocre. There are only 2 VERY small elevators servicing the entire... More

We stayed here for a few days and enjoyed our stay and got a good rate. Conveniently located, clean hotel with comfortable rooms and has a little "water park" attached to it. The hotel is mostly "business" people. Our room was a little akwardly situated with the bed and tv and they charge for WIFI like many hotels in its... More

For a hotel that has a waterpark AND an ice skating rink to lure parents of young children in...VERY POOR service. We booked 3 nights for a weekend getaway thinking it would be a great place to crash with the little ones while the older children played in the waterpark. WRONG. The waterpark was so overpacked I spent the night... More

This would make a perfect fit if you were taking in a performance at the Guthrie. It is a mix of boutique/chain hotel but make no mistake on the weekend it caters to families with the water park and ice skating rink in this renovated train station. They were a lot of over tired crying kids up and down the... More

This is a classic depot structure elegantly rehabbed into a comfortable hotel. Concierge lounge is oddly located but quite cozy with good service. Fitness room was substandard with two broken, unmarked treadmills. Restaurant was spartan but good prices.
