When we arrived the heat was off. Traveling with an infant and a two year old made this pretty terrible. We cranked the heat, turned on the shower to hot and sat in our hats and mittens. Typical Days Inn. Nothing spectacular, but nothing awful either. Noted hair on the bathroom floor that was not ours and the stairs, hallway, and our room needed a good vacuuming. Overall, not the worst place I have ever stayed and we would probably stay again if we needed a cheap place in the Nisswa area.
