Very Clean, pool area was in very good shape, and temperature of water were good. Water was clean, clear and not strong smelling of chlorine. Beds were alright. We have been in the area for out of town work and stayed repeatedly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and display personable hospitality!The facilities and breakfast are great! “Roofing at 7:30?”

I would agree that the staff was nice and the rooms were clean, however, no one prepared us for roofers at 7:30 in the morning. Of course we could see shingles but never dreamed they would start that early on a Sat morning.The staff was unwilling to compensate us for our short night either.

“Nice place, great people”

We had a wonderful stay and the facilities excellent. The employees were terrific, making us feel very welcomed, especially Robin. We were on a bicycle trip and weren't certain what would be the best route going forward. Robin gave us great advise.

My husband and I walked into our King Suite with jacuzzi tub and were both amazed! The room was clean, beautiful, very quiet and HUGE! I truly had an OMG moment! “Nice, clean and cheap hotel in a small town”

Paynesville is a very small town and there are not many hotel options, However, Paynesville Inn & Suites is a nice and clean hotel and the staff is great.

Wonderful staff who are always willing to help you and answer any questions! They always have a smile when you walk in! Always have experienced clean and relaxing rooms. Lots of fun and relaxation to be had in the pool/hottub/sauna as well! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

“Great place to stay!!”

We have stayed here numerous times and have always found the hotel clean and relaxing - their staff is friendly and accomodating. We love the fact that there are "adult hours" in the pool later in the evening - this is a huge plus for us. Will continue to stay there in the future!
