My wife and I have stayed here several times. Its an older building kinda dated but very comfortable and everything works. Our rooms were always cleaned and stocked with fresh towels. im on my way back to rochester and will for sure book a room, the staff are very nice and that means alot to us! The room we had was right by our car, so we could either park it there and take the shuttle which we did , and that was also great. I just felt very comfortable there.

Carpets, furniture and bedspread stained and dirty. Light switches and phone filthy. Thick dust on blinds, pipes in bathroom, all moldings, and sprinkler system heads. Dirty drips running down woodwork in bathroom. Sticky glass ring on bedside table. Not enough hot water pressure to wash hair. Lighting quite dim...for obvious reasons.
