Room had a dirty bathroom with dried urine on the toilet, stains all over carpet, peeling wallpaper from water damage, bad smells and I found live bed bugs in my room. Not fit for man or beast. Hotel pool area was full with two birthday parties in a booked hotel. Would give zero stars, however, that is not an option.

I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean (linens & towels), comfortable (new bed) and refreshing (new carpet and remodeling).
