Our room was off the car parking area. The room smelt disgusting, There were 2 large coakroaches on the floor, ants crawling all around the bathroom and mosquitoes all night. Was booked in for 2 nights but cancelled second night. Would not recommend at any price.

I stayed here last week and was absolutely shocked with this Motel. Worse than a backpackers hostel. The walls are thin, very cheap and 60's, never been renovated by the looks. The rooms were clean and of a good size. It contained a kitchenette which was of good condition. The walls were a little thin and the shower had a curtain, these are my only two major things I can fault.

I stayed 5 nights and felt this was very reasonable accommodation for the price. The location is great on many fronts (10min to KC, close to sea, parks, restaurants & shops), the service is good, my room was basic but clean & tidy with a great shower. In closing, a good no frills place to stay in central Sydney.
