Stayed 2 nights at this hotel for $175 each night. If anything, this property rates a low 2! There for Ole Miss graduation and once for a football game. Property is taking advantage of a captive audience. Min. breakfast and room amenities. Clean but that's not saying much.

The hotel is very user friendly. The employes were great. The parking is a challenge if you have a boat which we did. We worked around it though. We decided to stay here because it was more reasonable than staying in Oxford as we were on our road trip. Frankly, we were a little concerned by outward appearances.
