Over priced, prices are up really high for the festival! Room size was fair, spent most of the time in town. The last day was greeted by a ugly spider! Spoke to the manager he said it must have came from outside and they would be sure to have it sprayed... I didn't reserve a room before getting into town.

When I walked in, the reception check in person was very nice! He was helpful in every way.so friendly n so clean I felt so welcomed and so comfortable the location may not be the greatest but don't let the area fool you, it's actually safe and friendly area, makes you feel at home.

This hotel was good enough for what we needed: a clean and relatively inexpensive place to crash, since we stayed outside visiting most of the time in Clarksdale. Fun to stay at close to everything you need and even has Landry available when made it better. Well be staying there for every visit. Right beside Burger King do you can just walk there. Not noisy at all and is very safe to leave car parked there

When I made my reservation the gentleman was very rude to me on the phone, however we had a group staying so I made my reservation. When we arrived the same man was there and he was rude then also. The Hotel was clean, the staff was extremely pleasant an very helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will stay here again the next time I am in Clarksdale.

While this is a reasonably priced hotel, if you have pets, do NOT stay here. The 'grassy area' is BAD. My dog wouldn't even step foot on it. Weeds, burrs, who knows what.
