Visited the area for a swim meet. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional and nice. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone! The military rates are very good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Very close to many restraunts and shopping.

Bed was great, nice continental breakfast, air conditioning was incredible (room went from 85 to 70 degrees within half hour), staff was courteous and provided prompt assistance with crib/blankets, etc. Price was right, pool nice. Close proximity to many food options. Only downside was that gym wasn't that great, but at least they had one.

I have not stayed at many Best Western hotels before. This hotel was very good. Bed was comfortable and the whole place was very clean. The free breakfast was OK. We got there when it was supposed to open and they were still setting up. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms were very good with spacious bathrooms. The staff was great. They were very helpful at check-in and especially helpful at check-out. The rooms were very quiet and everyone slept quite well. The proximity to most restaurants is good. You should try Mugshots down the highway.

In Jackson,Ms for the Dixie Nationals, this hotel's location is convenient to the fairground, close to food options and has an indoor pool a necessity when traveling with children. We booked this hotel via hotwire.com and had a great experience! Rooms were very nice and comfortable. My kids had a blast swimming in the pool and this location is close to shopping. I would happily stay here or recommend this hotel to a friend.

I completely agree with some of the others on here, Tracye was by far the nicest, most considerate clerks and person I have ever met; she should make twice whatever she's making now.
