Everything was first rate! Our room was elegant, spacious and well-appointed. Service was impeccable. The included breakfast buffet was delicious. Despite a sold-out cooking session at the closely-related Viking cooking school, the Alluvian staff were able to secure a reservation for us. The shuttle service to local restaurants was a nice touch. Cheers!
