I will never stay at this hotel again. I visit Greenwood several times a year and this was my first time staying at this hotel. NEVER AGAIN. The cleaning staff did a poor job. For the price I paid, which I was overcharged when I reviewed my bank statement later was too much.

This was the second time I've stayed here. Staff is friendly, the property is clean and well kept. Coffee available 24/7. Convenient to food gas and shopping.

The service and the cleanliness of the rooms are excellent. This holiday inn in greenwood is top notch. The hot breakfast is wonderful. Sausage and biscuits, gravy, hot scrambled eggs. Internet access is wonderful. The staff was very well informed about the area and were very professional. I recommend this holiday inn to anyone.

The front desk staff is very friendly and professional, the breakfast is average (with the exception of very good biscuits) and the rooms are clean. I have stayed here four times over the summer and with one exception, when both light bulbs in the room were burned out and no replacements could be found after hours, the room was acceptable.... Nice and Clean. Friendly Staff. Convenient Location. Need Internet Access? FAGETABOUTIT!!! No Tech Support onsite. 800 Number is a constant busy signal for over 16 hours. If you can afford to be behind work for three days, this is the place for you. I checked out a day early. DO NOT PREPAY!

At $129 a night there should be a private butler. This is supposed to be small town living! It is but with the Biggest Big Town Fee!!!
