This hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed! We were tired and needed a quick highway hotel but we didn't realize what we were getting into. -lots of loud and inappropriate patrons -curtains broken -door frame to bathroom broken -carpet filthy -room smelled awful -no towels or toiletries (went to front desk but only got body towels, no hand... In March, 2013 after a funeral I stayed at Magnolia Inn. I should have read all the signs but I was so tired!! In first room they gave me the sheets were stained and the pillowcases looked "greasy" so I requested that the bed be re-made. FIRST SIGN! I was told by the clerk that there was no evening housekeepers!!!!!... More

Horrible, unsanitary, nasty, cigarette ashes, stunk, soiled linens, no soap. Wished we hadn't even touched the door knob, light switch, or key, for that matter. We just left and drove on up to Cordova, TN, where they know how to clean rooms and wash linens. No way in the world would I sit down on any surface in that room,... More

We were on our way to Oxford, Mississippi and decided to drive as far as possible before stopping. This was the first town with a hotel room available for miles, so we stopped. I was alone with my two children, and I wish I had just kept going all night. My first sign should have been that the lady at... More

We are not picky people. We do a lot of road traveling and we are used to the roadside motels that you can drive your car right up to. Like I said we are not picky.. as long as it is clean we don't get too hung up on the rest. I want everyone to understand that about us because... More

We are traveling through from Missouri. The room was supposed to be no smoking, but there were cigarette ashes on the heater in the room. The bathroom was dirty. There was no remote for the tv. The linens looked worn out and the mat to step out of the shower on had what looked like dried, black paint all over... More

My air-conditioning made my TV Fuzzy. I had to choose entertainment or comfort. I was actually surprised that the room did not have bugs or dead animals when I walked inn. The walk to the room was nasty looking. The pillows look like they are 50 years old and worn out. Bed sucks. This town has no decent hotels but... More

My husband, daughter and I were headed home from a trip to Kansas. It was getting late, the exit information said gas, lodging, food. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Let your first clue be the pothole road leading up to the motel. The room was filthy. The carpet was filthy, the walls were filthy and had been patched poorly .The bedspreads were... More
