I reserved a room with hotels.com. Apparently this hotel never got it. Even called them to have it faced in. Never arrived. Finally just purchased a room at the hotel itself. Do NOT stay here!! The lobby looks MUCH nicer than the room we had, however as you walk down the hallways the appearance deteriorates quickly - broken signs, missing light fixtures, many scuffed/dirty halls - holes in walls, side entry door has smashed keycard machine and there is more.
