I reserved 2 rooms for Sept.3-7, explained to staff that we would not arrive until 5AM or later Sept 4. Reservation not honored my rooms given away and management unreachable to explain or correct error. Desk staff did not even have telephone/address info to reach their coorperate offices. overall a friendly hotel, although it has seen better days. I believe it was once part of the Holiday Inn Group.The staff was quite friendly and accessible.
