Compared to the stay that I had in this hotel years ago the hotel has improved dramatically! Upon checking in, I was greeted by a friendly clerk with a great big smile. I must also add that the room was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel because they bring new meaning to superior customer service!

The place is run down overall and very difficult to get to. Elevators looked like they hadn't been swept in years. Carpet filthy in common areas and dingy in room. Part of room door latch missing. Upon entering the lobby we were greeted with smiling faces. We stayed 2 nights at a great rate. The room was clean and the & the staff made sure we were comfortable.

Staff was very courteous,and the room was also clean. I did not know that they have banquet facility.

Stayed here due to location and the Choice Hotel points program. The hotel is older (was a Holiday Inn until recently).
