I was in the Jackson area again this week on business and decided to try somewhere new. Very nice property.
Always a good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. This was my first time to stay at this Madison property and the first thing I noticed was the shower-only in the room. Not that I take a bath all the time, but others may consider staying elsewhere if they want a tub. The glass door was nice though.

Good business stay and fairly standard for any Hilton Garden Inn. Jackson lacks good places to stay and besides a couple downtown and the new Embassy Suites in Jackson, this is a good, dependable stay.
Rooms are a little bit dated, but the service is strong. Location is good and in a nice part of town (suburbs of Jackson, MS)....

I have stayed here three times over the past 4 years. The first two were fantastic. This time we had a room by the pool. The children screamed for 2 hours past closing. Stayed here last night on business. Hotel is very clean, beds comfortable. The staff was very nice. I did not eat here, so I cannot comment on that. I'll look forward to staying here again.

This hotel was PERFECT! It was right by everything else in Madison, with a bridge that went across a pond to two restaurants, PieWorks and Bonefish Grill, both amazing. The service was excellent. The room were extremely clean, but there wasn't anything truly special about them. I will definitely stay here again!
