“Totally outdated, black mold behind curtains, bad housekeeping”

Just returned from a junket to this resort. The Terrace room was anitquated in both furnishings and decor. The carpet was filthy, I found black mold behind the curtains on the wall, the AC inadequate to keep cool, housekeeping did a poor job leaving coffee cups, not replenishing clean glasses, only one trash can none in the bathroom, really old... “Comfortable rooms, great price!”

No restaurants, no coffee shop, no nothing. The room was poor at best, the lamp shade was torn, the vanity was all broken up, actual large chips sitting loosely on the top. The Terrace was a very, very nice hotel. Room and staff were very nice. My only problem was the room was very warm and you couldn't set the temperature to cool it. “You get what you pay for. And it is nice for the price!!”

The hotel had its issues. Don't get me wrong it was a little dirty in places and the tv was old but our room was very big the service was great and we stayed here for $39 and had a fabu time! I would definitely recommend it!!!

Wonderful luxury fittings for this hotel. Pillows, bedding, mattress ALL 5 stars. I'm not sure what others are seeing, but this is a fine hotel. Yes you are far away from casino's but who cares, they have shuttle ride. Rooms are well kept, quiet and peaceful

“Convenient, and Lots of Options”

The Harrah's Tunica hotel is very convenient for a vacation to Memphis and Northwest Mississippi. Offers the opportunity to gamble at multiple locations, see quality entertainment, golf. visit Graceland, or catch great food/entertainment/the Blues in Memphis. All great.
