We stayed here for 6 nights. Hotel staff were unbelievable nice, friendly and accommodating! The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff made sure they stayed that way. The hotel was located outside Memphis but within an easy drive to downtown. The hotel was clean and up to date and the staff was pleasant. It was close to plenty of meals and shopping. A nice place to stay for business. The wireless was fast and had a good connection.

Convienient to highway, poor signage to the hotel, room was clean but worn, stains and burn marks on sofa cushions. Several places to eat and shop right by the hotel

I have stayed here numerous times in the last year and every stay has been great. The front desk staff is so personable, as are the housekeepers. The manager is proud of his staff and it looks like they know it. Great service and always a smile! Highly recommend.

Front desk agent welcome me in with a great greeting, arriving after 6pm. We love this hotel. Such clean rooms and comfy beds and comfy pillows (I love pillows). The Staff Re very kind and generous. The kitchen staff is also great and loves to chit chat with everyone. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. We will be seeing you soon.
