I had a 16 hour layover at St. Louis airport enroute to Asia. I don't like to be negative but this is not a nice hotel. Very dirty. Shuttle did accomodate me. Breakfast is available next door. The bed was amazingly comfortable. But I would not let my feet touch the floor. Management was a little shaky, in my opinion.

We found a bed bug on the bed. Management seemed unconcerned and didn't want to give us a refund. We left in the night and found another place to stay. Also of note: There was no cable or antenna hooked up to the TV and no phone jack for the phone. Meaning: the phone and television DID NOT WORK!

Stayed here prior to trip to Cancun. Very typical service, but it was just a place to lay our heads for the night. The "Park and Fly" service was nice.
