Value was there with this hotel. Pool was nice. Rooms have very small TVs and were stuck in an early 90's theme. Only major issue to me was the 1 elevator for a four floor hotel at full capacity. Would stay here again if I was low on options again.

My wife and I purchased a package online, sight unseen. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly clerk at the counter and was checked in in a mater of minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, It was exactly what we were hoping for. Breakfast was good and the pool area was clean. Will use them again.

We have stayed at the Cascades numerous times years and years ago. Let me tell you - they haven't changed at all. Literally, you feel like you stepped into the 1980's. The decor is very dated, the carpet was turquoise and old and matted. The floral polyester bedspreads with matching funny curtains and little old TV's was just too much... More

The room was nice and clean we got one with double beds that looked out to the parking lot. The bathroom was clean however there was a yellow stain around the toilet and my husband said it was just a stain from the humidity in the bathroom, but it looked odd just being around the toilet. They went out of their way to get things we asked for to make our stay a lot better. For three days our rooms were ALWAYS very clean, the breakfast was great, and the people at the front desk were always smiling.

Boy are we stupid for trusting this place again and again and again. This was our fourth stay and I could not say enough about how wonderful this place in the past........but you just wait and see. We had a really great time. The cleaning staff was very cordial. Thanks for allowing us to use the dining area for us to visit. A special thanks to Debbie, Mary & Caitlin for all their help during our stay. They were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good also.
