Over all the Falls is very good. The worst is the extremely uncomfortable furniture. Here we're three of us and none of could stand to sit for long on the sofa or chairs. The staff needs to be more educated in giving direction to get to the resort. The resort signs are broken, unlit and can only be seen coming... More

I stayed at this resort for 3 nights in a two bedroom unit. The size was spacious and the area was very clean with a very well supplied kitchen. There were no elevators but accessing the third floor wasn't a problem. I attended the timeshare sales pitch but didn't find it pushy, actually, they were very helpful in answering my... More

No means no, when your told no, we just want the show tickets we are promised, that means, cough up the tickets, and let us go. Don't force us to visit property and push a wheelchair up and down hills, when your told, no!! Oh, your prices for comparison, hotels on the strip are cheaper, and the food at restaurants... More

My family stayed in a 2-bedroom condo. The larger side (side B) is spacious, but the smaller unit is small. The decor is outdated and the dark (dark green and navy blue). The condo was very dusty and not well kept. The ceiling fans and window coverings need cleaning. The kitchen utensils were also outdated and looked like they have... More

We had a spacious 2- bedroom condo. This was our first time staying here. There isn't an elevator to help with hauling luggage and groceries, but getting to the third floor wasn't bad with 2 kids. You basically entered on the 2nd level. We were hoping to be closer to our friends that were staying there, but they were completely... More

We are Bluegreen owners. I liked this resort except for the paper thin walls and cheesy furnishings. Everything was comfortable and clean.

While our two bedroom unit was one of the largest that we have stayed in during our years with Bluegreen, this unit has paper thin walls and the ceiling-floor was so noisy that the guests above us with a couple of 5-6 year-old children sounded like of herd of antelope bounding across the floor and constantly banging chairs on the... This is the third time we stayed at Falls Village and it will be the last. I was so pleased the first two times, then there was this trip. All three times, we stayed in a studio. What you should know upfront is that there are two versions of studio rooms. One is a great room, with a King Bed,... More

The room was nice great flat screen tv!! There was a small kitchen in our room. The service was nice. The pool had way to much clorine... More

We spent a week at the falls village and would like to make the following suggestion(s). The 1 and two bedroom units are great, avoid the studio's, which have no view, and make you feel like you are in a very closed environment. The studio's have no balcony, and no view. All units are nicely furnished and maintained. If you... More
