They have recently changed owners & the cleanliness & courteous service left as well. We have stayed at this motel, in the same room, every year for 6 years, which we again requested 6 months before our arrival. When we arrived, we were told that this room was not available & given a smaller room, which we were told would... More

New Management made all the difference with our stay! Hotel is in a great location to the strip and attractions. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Continental breakfast was just what we needed to help us with our vacation budget. Staff was right there when we needed them when we were looking for discount tickets to the shows! They helped... Too long of a story to tell, but basically was given room other than the one reserved and then had hard time getting compensation back for lesser room quality. Experienced a 2 day run around with staff to get any satisfaction. Upon moment of checkout I was finally given some compensation back. Bed was hard which after 5 hours I... More

It smelled, the chairs were sunken in, the towels felt like sandpaper.

One of the owners was at the front desk when I got there, and he was beyond rude-he was hostile. I would have left, but a nice lady that worked there made me think it might still be ok. The room was tiny, like a prison cell. It was clean but old, & the tub had something chipping off the... More

I hadn't been to Branson in several years so assumed this motel was withing walking distance of shopping and restaurants - not! It was clean but nothing special. Beds weren't very comfortable but it did have a nice view and was very reasonable If you are looking for something right on the main street - this motel isn't it. I'm... More

We have stayed in several places in Branson, and this one is not the fanciest but it is the best. Inexpensive, real clean, great location if you like quiet. Close to resturants and theaters, but very little traffic on the road by the property. We had a room facing a wooded area and it was very relaxing. No elevators so... More

Motel is conveniently located in Branson and the room was very clean. However, the beds were very hard and the pillows were flimsy. I could hear someone in the room above me walking very late in the night he must have walked five miles in his room and I heard every step.

Have reviewed this hotel before and found it a clean, adequate, but no frills establishment at the best price of any AAA listed hotel in Branson. Would still recommend it for value. But be aware that the setup in the lobby that resembles a ticket agency or concierge booth is not what it may seem to be. Attraction tickets are... More

it was okay for $40.00 but the remote for the tv did not work, it was 10 degrees out and no one had the heat turned on and then there was no happy medium with the heater it either burned you out of there or it was freezing. People were nice, room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock... More
