This place was awful, it was not clean and in terrible condition. We came home with fleas, there were spiders in the paddle boats and in the condo which was a 4 bedroom deluxe supposedly their best accommodation. Poison ivy was by the pool which no one cleaned. The air conditioners were not operating properly, the handle came off the... More

Cross this place off your list to stay in Branson. Staff in office not guest friendly, only seemed interested in getting your money. Stayed in 1 bedroom Condo. Room dirty carpet filthy, fridge so noisy we could not get to sleep. Reported fridge to maintenance who said all the motors are old and need replacing. Whole place needs demolishing and... More

I must admit that it was with fear and trepidation that I opened the door to our two bedroom deluxe condo at Indian Point Resorts. The old saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it generally is." kept bouncing around in my head. However, our party was very pleasantly surprised. The unit was beautiful, large, airy and very... We weren't expecting a high end experience, but we expected at least what was promised in the website...they weren't even able to provide that. The in room BBQ didn't work, nor did either of the bathroom fans. The pool was not heated and only one of the two hot tubs was maintained, the other hot tub was dirty, cold, and... More

We reserved here based on rate. They had an amazing fall price of less then $20 per night including taxes. It's not really a campground, they have about 13 spots for RV with FHU. The spots are on a hill (as are all things in Branson) and gravel so it was very hard to get in pulling a travel trailer... More

I wish most of these bad reviewers would price compare this place to Tan Tar A at Lake of the Ozarks. I'm writing this from our condo balcony with a gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake. I've also stayed at the cabins and been in the 4 bd lodge. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Yes, you have to take your... More

First off, let me say that I did not stay in the lodge. I stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, (which was within walking distance to the lodge.) I had visited their website and spoke to staff on the phone and was expecting much more than I got. 1) Room was clean, but dated. Green marble tub was ok... but... More

We stayed (my husband and two boys) at the lodge. Actually, we didn't even stay one night it was so bad I took the loss of $200 from my deposit. It is very old and outdated. It smelled horrible! The "floorplan" of the room on their website makes it appear that there is more room than there actually is. When... More

I booked a lodge room with a kitchenette coming in Friday night. The room was terrible! Only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove worked, the heater is so old you were either too hot and sweating or cold, the carpeting was torn and dirty, the beds itchy, the whole place needed to be gutted and cleaned up! Saturday morning... More

Family booked a 3 bedroom unit over Thanksgiving! The rooms were tiny & filled with 2 full beds in each room leaving no floor space! Very cramped. Dingy green carpet & mauve furniture with holes in the arms showing the stuffing!! Very nasty looking! We had small kids & didn't even want them sitting or crawling anywhere in this unit!... More
