“Price could be better for repeat Customers”

Enjoyed our stay for 3 days at this location. Weekend rates are cheaper. Then weekday rate goes up another $14.00 to 99.00 plus taxes per night.These rates are for only 1 King bed. Farmington has few hotels to choose from and the hotels can charge whatever they want .We were planning on our return trip to stay another 2 nights.... More

“Marble Slab Mattress”

Clean property and friendly staff. Beds are horrible. I asked upon check out if they have any newer/softer beds in any of the rooms and they said that they do not. Unfortunately I will have to skip this hotel on my next trip down as sleep is the most important factor for me in my hotel stay.

“Handy Location and Good Service”

Location was handy to restaurants and movie theater. We had a plumbing issue but it was quickly resolved. The staff is very friendly and polite. The morning breakfast was the typical offering, but the area was clean. The beds were too firm for us. We would stay here again, if ever in Farmington, MO again.

“Great except parking lot needed cleaned of snow and ice”

The staff is always nice. Our room is always nice. Breakfast is good and area is clean. The hotel is great to stay at for travelers. Many shops are close by and restaurants too. Nice getaway from the hustle and bustle.

I travel to Farmington about once a month, and this was the first time I stayed at the HI Express. Staff was friendly, place was clean, but I had issues with the internet, and could not get them resolved, so I had to head to McDonalds in the morning to read my email. :(
