Horrible experience that didn't last a full 24 hrs. Under the desk was a rotten apple, pee stains on the blankets. The tub was dirty and to top off the night there were bed bugs coming out of the pillows. The manager was very rude and refused a refund to me. Not to mention after seeing the bed bugs i... More

Nice hotel, friendly staff, the location is great. Close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery and the highway

I stayed twice in the past week because of early flights out of Lambert. Unlike many airport hotels, there's no charge for parking. You can leave your car right there and take the free shuttle to and from the airport. That's a huge cost savings over the $7 and up per day you get at other parking lots. Each night... More

When traveling cross-country, I needed a hotel in St. Louis that wasn't too far from the interstate. Equally important, it needed to be pet-friendly. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was more than a little concerned by signs in the parking lot admonishing guest to remove things from their cars... clearly, thefts from vehicles are a problem everywhere,... More

I am traveling across country from coast to coast. La Quinta hotels should come with Warning Labels. Depending on the price, one can determine the quality of the hotel. However, after six days on the road staying only in La Quintas, this is the worst. Whoever the regional manager is should be tarred & feathered publicly while they burn, not... More

This hotel is a great alternative for people who don't need to be in downtown St. Louis. It is located conveniently off Interstate Highway 70 in Hazelwood and the area appeared to be quiet and safe. Our king room was clean and very nicely decorated--- had extras like a comfy chair and reading light. We did not have a micro... More

I have stayed at the La Quinta before however have never seen a hotel of this poor quality. Not only did the room not feel clean, the bathroom lighting was dim, and one of the lamps was missing a bulb. To make matters worse we traveled all day, and was issued a key to a room that was not ready... More

We needed a place to stay in North St. Louis. LaQuinta's are normally basic but clean hotels. The hotel bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Free Wi-Fi worked great. Carpet was a little worn, but not horrible. The front desk called us a cab and they were very friendly. Breakfast was basically a contintental breakfast but it was free.... More

My family had an early morning flight out of St Louis airport so we stayed here the night before. The cost included 14 days of parking while we were on vacation. It's great to get up, have a free breakfast, and then hop on the shuttle to the airport. We stayed there the night we returned from vacation as well.... More

This hotel is near my family in St. Louis/Berkeley area. I stay here when I visit home. I was there last year for a 70th birthday and it was jacked up. I felt like I was staying at a place that might rent rooms by the hour if you get my meaning. Seedy people with their companions sitting in the... More
