We stayed in this BnB and were quite pleased. It was very reasonably priced. Our room was small, but very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a top sheet ( not often the case in Europe), which is a plus for me! Good breakfast as well. The common area off the dinning room is a bit worn and the traffic from the nearby hwy is a bit loud if you like to sleep with the window open.

The room was comfortable & clean, the bathroom had a bath & shower.I think the owner must be aware that the lady greeting guests doesn't really understand the needs & questions. We needed advice on a taxi but she was unable to help.Breakfast was tasty but we weren't asked what we wanted, we were just presented with our meal.I just didn't find the place welcoming but gave to say we slept well as it was quiet. We chose this area as accommodation in Belfast was really expensive.Lisburn was not an exciting place to visit but the meal at the pizza place in the square was delicious.

Having visited a exhibition at the Eikon centre nearby we stayed here. It is a pity it is not so handy to the M1 as you have to do a bit of a detour to get there. The room was fine and the shower good. Breakfast was ok.

Had a heck of a time finding place but that's on me but room and meal was just average compared to other B&B's we stayed at during our eleven days in Ireland. I felt that the place had a smokey smell when we first entered the property that appeared to be from the owner but the room was okay.

Three nights spent here last week in this country lane . We could not have been better looked after in every way , as Desmond ran us into Lisburn station twice , for which we were very grateful. Handy for Down Royal race course. Our room was just right and we could not have been happier .. The bed was also large & very comfortable , and we made full use of the drink making facility in our room. Would happily stay again, which is the best accolade of all. Highly recommended .

This hotel is just down he road from down royal race track for horse lovers and local golf course nearby , it is also 15/20 mins ride from the dunrod road racing circuit , this is a small b&b with flood lit off road parking and is very biker friendly My husband and I stayed 8 nights here on tour of Ireland and ulster gp, It was a long ride but the owner Dessie made us feel very welcome regardless of the time , he has great local knowledge of places to visit and suggestions where to go and how to get there even offering to drop you at train station. Rooms are a nice size and clean and comfortable and everyone we spoke to had nothing but praise for the b&b and Dessie, every day fresh supply of tea/coffee biscuits and towels and rooms cleaned by Dessies lovely wife who is also the cook, breakfasts are a relaxed affair offering cooked and continental ( would of like to of seen some yogurt's but I'm sure if asked Dessie would of got some) All in all a great place to stay and would definitely stay again…

It's 2 miles away from motorway, the rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms very big. More parking. Breakfast super. Staff friendly. There is no signs showing entrance. So it's a hassle. Should have some signs. Post code will stop u 200 yards before the house so keep driving.. we liked the stay and will recommend...

Having visited two years ago we are now making a return trip for 5nights. The Accomodation is beautiful and has all the amenities one would expect. Beautiful and plentiful breakfasts to set you up for the day. The beds are comfortable and the rooms furnished well, with ensuite provided Easy access to all road and motorways taking you in all directions Can recommend this to all

Superb b&b highley recommend this place. Nice rooms great shower good breakfast. In a quiet location, Desmond and his family make you very welcome and are very helpful . We stayed here for 4 nights while working at a local school, it was just a shame that our next job was not as close to here, as we would have stayed a further 5 nights 😊 10/10
