We loved the location..easy to get to the Plaza shopping...tucked away where the city noise was faint, at best. Comfy clean room . Bed was comfy and we slept with no noise interruptions. Great Managers Reception each night from 530 to 730. great pool Indoors...chlorine smell was a little strong. Will stay again!

We stayed here on a cross country move that included moving our wine cellar. Because we were going to dinner, the baseball game etc. we didn't want to leave the wine in the car to bake in the sun. That meant moving all 400 pounds of it up to our room, which the valet/bellman was happy to do.

Good location about 1 mile north of the KC Plaza (walking distance) 5 miles south of downtown KC. Right across the street from a major hospital, so there is a chance you'll be awakened by sirens during your stay, only if your room is on the south side of the hotel.

Stayed here for one night in early April on a short family get-away. This hotel is your typical Embassy Suites, similar to others I’ve stayed in prior – nice property, very clean, rooms well kept, etc. I’ve never had any problems when staying at an E.S. hotel and this was no different.
