Very comfortable and well-equipped rooms, friendly staff. Location is somewhat isolated if one doesn't have a car, but hotel shuttle service is accommodating. We have stayed here several times when we had a morning flight out of KCI. The front desk is always warm and friendly. The Happy Hour and breakfast are always great and the shuttles are timely and the drivers have been really friendly and helpful each time we stay. More

Just spent a weekend at the hotel visiting family. There are good points such as food, happy hour, and attentive service. However these were completely overshadowed by the unbelievable discomfort caused by the humidity level inside the hotel.
