I am use to hotels with uncomfortable beds, sheets, blankets, and pillows. I'm so sick of the ugly floral print blankets that are stiff as a board! This hotel had the most amazing bed!! Down comforter was perfect. I wanted to move the bed home!

The service was exceptional. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I loved the shower. Breakfast was very good. It is right next to the crown center so there is plenty to do and numerous places to eat. I wish i could have spent more than one night. I will be using this hotel again.

Great location, lots of great dining close by, activities, welcoming staff, clean rooms! Dog friendly for small pooches, have never had a bad stay and I stay several times a year and it's always a great experirence.

All staff members were exceptionally personable and polite. They truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and important during their stay! This hotel has had some renovations and it has really made a big difference. Great shower! Great beds! Friendly staff! I stay at this hotel twice a year and it was always good, but this time was so much better. I will definately be back!

Ordered room service, got a callback that it would be 45 minutes instead of the original 30 - which was fine with me as I had lots of work to do. My husband and I stay at the Westin once a year. It is the perfect location for what we need. We have NEVER had a bad experience. It is very relaxing and the beds are so comfortable. I am thinking about making this a twice a year staycation.
