We stayed here for a family float trip. Our room was not one with a kitchenette, but was adequate and comfortable. The bathroom/shower was rather small, but this resort is older so keep that in mind. Nice clean simple rooms but the location is awesome. The prices are so low you can spend money having fun doing things like canoeing, fishing, hunting, and shopping in Lebanon, Missouri. the rooms were smelly, the pool and hot tub was unusable, the beds were awful, couldn't sleep and the neighbors upstairs were not well behaved either! the place needs some major upgrading!!! would not stay here again, and too much money for the stay as well!!
