Stayed here to attend a conference. Parts of hotel have been renovated including lobby and guest rooms. Hallways could use refurb. Front desk and concierge were extremely helpful and accommodating. Free shuttle to / from airport was great. It is a long way into downtown-- approx. $60 cab one way. Lots of restaurants in adjoining courtyard to hotel.

Stayed there for one night. In all honesty there was nothing really stand out about the hotel but the staff are quite nice. Chandra at the restaurant is a character. Staff make this a 4 even though there's nothing really special about the hotel.

The staff is amazing and the tower part of the hotel is very nice. We have stayed here on more than one occassion and would not recommend the older part. This is to the right of the lobby. The rooms are dated and have a smell to them. The hotel itself is nice, food is good and staff is amazing....
