The room was nice and big and clean... I like the refreige in the rooms... the beds was very comtable.... the service was very good.... and the staff was very freindly... I will return. More

1 Check in was slow. The employee seemed unfamiliar with the computer system. 2.Each day the room key needed reprogramming. 3.Saturday morning breakfast, no knives. Sunday, no milk, Monday, no butter. 4. Nice flat screen TV but no high def channels. The local FOX station was very blurry. 5. I was charged $1.50 per day for room safe even though... More

“Nice and clean near downtown”

My wife and I came to town for a concert at the sprint center and stated at this hotel. The hotel was close and easy to get to. The rooms were clean and I was surprised to see a flat panel tv. Overall good experience would stay again. More

First, I must say, I am not a "hard to please person", I was not expecting a 4 star hotel, but. I tried to check in at 3:00 PM and was given the key to our room on the second floor. When we opened the door, the room had not been cleaned, dog food all over the floor, empty pizza... More

I'm sorry about your stay last year, but we have taken the appropriate actions this year and started earlier with our pest control. We have also changed credit card processors to eliminate the problems we had with authorizing debit cards last year as well. I hope you can give us another chance. Take care! More
