Musty cigarette smelling non smoking room. Was clean with only one amenity which is weak terrible tasting coffee at the front desk (no other amenities). Paid an extra ten dollars for a very, very loud jacuzzi in the room but the motor was so loud it was hard to enjoy it.
Wife and I were moving cross country and stopped in Rolla, MO. This place is right off the interstate and had outside access to the room which we needed. It's a bit rundown; cigarette burns in the carpet, no bugs found but clean and everything worked. No need to worry about druggies and prostitutes as there was a local gendarme...

I simply needed a place to crash one evening because I was too tired to drive the remaining 2 hours home.
