Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. There's a cafe in the lobby for breakfast which makes it convenient. Located within walking distance of downtown (though it's a good stretch of the legs). Room was clean. Only downside was that internet access stopped working during the evening. More

This is one of the best deals for downtown St. Louis. Free (and convenient) parking, free Wi-fi, clean rooms and reasonable. The only thing missing was a free breakfast, but I haven't found that at any of the downtown hotels anyway. More

Extremely disappointed in this hotel. The lobby has been recently remodeled and has a fun vibe to it. However, it was difficult to ever find anyone at the desk for assistance.
