Staff was great. Rooms were clean comfortable ans spacious. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possible need. Located right off I44 so it was easy to find with lots of restrauns and shopping close by.

Clean rooms with a couch and table, micro and fridge, a/c, with large screen TV. Rooms have updated flooring and furnishings, but the walls and floors are thin so you can hear hallway and other room noises. This was a great place! Very clean, very nice people, and great suites! We had to come up last minute for a sick family member and it was so easy to get a suite and everything! We are coming back this weekend too!

Great customer service at this hotel. Tony made the check-in process quick and painless, while being very professional. Breakfast is always fresh in the morning and the rooms are always nice and clean. The HDTVs in the rooms are a very nice feature. I always stay here in Springfield for business and its close to the highway, which is nice.
