Fourth time at this hotel. Staff continues to be very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well maintained, quiet location (away from RR tracks) makes this a welcome restful location if in Billings on business.

The Residence Inns are our favourite hotels. This one has studio, 1- and 2-bedroom suites. Ours was a 1-bedroom. Our King-bedded suite was HUGE. Needed a kitchenette during the stay , otherwise with the attitude of management, would have takeny business to the Crown Plaza. The rooms are spacious and fairly well appointed. But when management aren't willing to match online prices and the prices quoted do not compare, leaves one wanting for another option.

The Good: Beautiful newer facility. Rooms were large, kitchen well stocked, great hdtv choices. We had the two bedroom suite, and it was nice to have two bathrooms and separate sleeping areas. Crisp, white, cotton linens, clean bathroom and shower/tub. Full kitchen and a great breakfast provided. They offered chicken enchiladas at dinner, although we ate elsewhere. Good value with the provided meals.
