“My room smells like urine.”

The staff is friendly enough, but when you get to your room it smells like nobody has ever hit the toilet, and I'm not sure they even own a mop. Can you imagine if you stepped into the lobby and smelled that?

Only one washing machine for the entire building, which is insane considering this hotel is where a lot of plant workers stay, needing to wash the same uniform every single day. Breakfast is only served for 2 hours. If you need a razor you have to buy it. I had to clean my own shower BC the last person left... More

Room was very disappointing. Rug & chair/ottoman were badly stained and dirty. A dirty towel was left hanging on bathroom door from previous guest. The whole room had a bad funky smell & it seemed very dingy. Not sure if the bed linen was changed.

the hotel's breakfast is not a what I thought a (as they put it a super start breakfast) frozen waffles,cereal,fruit,bread and cinnamon rolls. Not what I would call a super start breakfast. Other than the breakfast everything was good.
