We stayed in room 100, 102 & 104....MSU graduation. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Beds were old, but didn't sag in the middle. Water pressure was great. Space were Leather couch is in room would be better used for a table with chairs. WiFi in rooms and lobby is a joke! If you need it DO NOT stay here.... More

The picture you see on here is not a picture of the hotel in Bozeman, which made finding it quite confusing. And it is now called "City Center Motor Inn". The lobby is very nice, so it gives a good first impression. The staff was friendly. We had a room that was really close to the pool and hot tub,... More

Sorry, but it is just one step above being in a shelter. Cinder block walls, sink in the bedroom, "Closet" (using that term generously) built out into the room, framed with wood sheeting. Kind of smells and the construction - now that I think of it I wonder if it was meant to be a public high school at some... More

I went to school in Bozeman and family members always stayed at Magnuson Grand City Center. This hotel not by any means the nicest hotel in Bozeman, but it is convenient to stay in as you can walk downtown. We stayed this past weekend for a wedding and had a horrible experience in room 235. We will not be back... More

Let's start out with the good things. The staff was really nice! They afforded a late check out time the next day @ (1:30 p.m.) with no complaints. We were on our way to Yellowstone and the shuttle was not going to pick us up until that time. They had a nice clean pool and spa, and a small workout... More

This was my second stay at the Magnuson. The location is nice because it is downtown, where there aren't many hotels. The rooms are very average, but everything in the building is clean. The furniture and especially the bathroom/shower really needs updated. I feel the hotel tries to sell itself as being an upper class place to stay, but overall,... More

The staff was all very nice. However, we had 3 criteria when picking a hotel. 1) It had to have an indoor pool. We have a very active preschooler and we needed that for his activities. 2) We needed a first floor room. I have MS and we needed to be able to go in a door and get to... More

The big selling point for this hotel is an ideal location for downtown/MSU campus visits together with free parking. Rooms are spacious and clean but old fashioned in furnishing and equipment - no flat screen television, no refrigerators. The lighting is particularly poor with wall mounted fittings high above the beds rather than reading lights. The pillows provided are notably... More

Great location right in Bozeman. The rooms were clean and nice, but nothing really stood as a bad or great. The rooms were clean, the desk clerk was very nice. Didn't try the free breakfast, but the voucher sounded like you got limited choices from their restuarant menu as opposed to the typical re-heated, instant, carb-fest you normally get at... More

I needed a place close to the campus and downtown, so I booked this online based on pictures and the price. I found the room I had booked spacious, clean and almost perfect for my needs. Perfection would have been a room with a small refrigerator so I could have stored some beers or snacks. I used the exercise room... More
