Convenient basic and friendly. Off season so limited services. 2nd stay here and will stay again. Very good for snowbirds with r.v 's going south or returning home in the spring. Would be nice if a washroom was operational as there is no water or sewer in late fall early spring. Just electricity.

We (2 adults, 2 teens) arrived late and tried to butte's KOA with our RV. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The campground is well maintained and has the whole facilities including WIFI, pool (closed for the season), showers, full hookups ... Will sure come back

I have stayed at this KOA many times and I love this place. The staff is more than friendly, and they helped me out with every question I had with a smile on their faces. The bathrooms were very clean. They had a nice dog walk and even a Kamp K9 for my dogs. The pool was warm and they... More

It's a KOA do I didn't expect to be amazed but it's definitely a noisy place. We tent camped and the spots for tents are right up front next to the road. The whole facility is right next to the interstate as well. But as KOAs go, it was fine

You don't do to a koa to rough it, we all know that. This particular koa is more urban than some, but this just makes it a convenient jumping-off point for further adventures in the area. I'm not normally a koa person, usually more of a rugged camper, but as a woman travelling alone with a dog, the koa atmosphere... More

I will say that this KOA is a little old and run down, but it is in a good location for exploring the interesting town of Butte. If you have a big rig, be sure and check out your site before you pull in as many of the sites are too small (both length & width). I complained about our... More

Bathrooms were in excellent shape. Campground itself in excellent shape. The little cabanas are cozy if you're just passing through and want to rest. The camp sites are small, but it is made for multiple site use. It's just on the edge of town and close to the freeway. I would say it's meant for travelers (like us) breezing through.... More

I pitched and tent and I'm used to roughing it. However, after using the bathroom and taking a shower here, I felt dirtier than when I walked in. The bathroom showers and shower curtains haven't been cleaned in a month? The walls and partitions in the bathroom are leaning, formica missing from countertops. The tent sites are ten feet apart,... stayed here only one night, and was very pleased! The staff was more than friendly, and helped with directions, taking us to our site, getting ice out, etc. They went over and above what they should have. It's an older KOA in the heart of Butte, MT, but it's really nice. The Kamping Kabins are set up very homey with... More

We spent a terrific week here. Had no idea Butte was such an interesting place, and how beautiful the area is. We had a nice camping space with a fire ring/pit that we used as much as possible. The facilities are clean, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Our two dogs enjoyed the walk along the stream. . .... More
