Our family stayed at the lodge last week of August 2012. We had a great time there and the lodge is very well kept and comforable. The area is beautiful and in a very peaceful setting. Breakfast was excellent with Blueberry pancakes and all the goodies. We will stay there agian on our next visit to the area.

18 bicyclists stayed at the Bighorn Lodge. Dave Nye was a wonderful host and shared much of his knowledge of local wildlife. It is a beautiful setting and a magnificent lodge. Rooms were quite spacious and extremely well decorated. I would love to come back, when not on a bicycle trip and be ablel to spend more time there.

This nice, large lodge is in a beautiful setting in the forest overlooking a meadow. The owner didn't realize we were reserved for the night when we arrived, but he discounted the room rate. He was also preoccupied with a utility serviceman that was there and with whom he was upset. He made us a very good breakfast in the... More

We're so delighted to have stayed at Bighorn Lodge. This location wasn't on our original itinerary, but made for some of our very best days in Montana. The host, Dave Nye, provides a warm and entertaining welcome and his property is in a stunning part of the Bull River Valley, facing the Cabinet Mountains. Rooms are well-designed, elegant and comfortable.... More

Our family of 6 adults and two children spent three nights at Bighorn, though only two were originally planned. Our family reunion was a huge success thanks to host Dave Nye. The views are great. Breakfasts were really superb. We booked a room at the lodge as well as booking the River House. Everything was new and very clean. Please... More

We spent one night at the Bighorn Lodge in July and had a very nice stay. The lodge is a newer building, in good condition with a nice, open floor plan. Our room was large with a very comfortable queen bed. Even though it was hot during the day, the room cooled down nicely at night. It was very peaceful... More
