Stayed here after skiing this weekend. The place was fairly empty, yet we were placed right next door to a noisy family. We did have a balcony though on the creek. When we requested we be moved we got a room without a balcony although right next door to us was an empty room with a balcony. I would think... More

This is a great place to stay, and they have a fabulous restaurant, Piney Dell. I have stayed here many times with a group of girlfriends. They have suites with kitchens, so you can cook and entertain, and many are creek-side. Be sure to request this. There is nothing like the sound of rushing water right outside your window! My... Just went for a quick weekend getaway. Hotel had reasonable rates. Pool area OK but there was a shortage of towels. Continental breakfast was nothing too fancy and the staff did not check the area so all garbage cans were overflowing and choices were very limited. Walkways were packed with ice and many visitors were complaining about the unsafe conditions.... More

We just recently stayed at the Rock Creek Resort. We were so excited to finally get out of town and rejuvinate ourselves. Our room had an incredible view and the inside of the room appeared clean and smelled like a rustic cabin (which was very nice). Unfortunately everything just started going downhill after we unpacked. Our dinner service at the... More

My wife and I just spent 4 days at the Rock Creek Resort and had a wonderful time. It was a secluded place a few miles out of town and very peaceful. We spent alot of time in the swimmning pool and sauna and had a relaxing vacation. It was close to town for dining and shopping also. We would... More

We stayed here with friends from Wyoming who knew the area and were told by their friends that this was a great place to stay. We had no reservation but in October had no difficulty getting a room. The desk clerk was delightful! Our room was large, simple, clean, and overlooked the very babbling river. A wonderful view! The lobby... More

We arrived here late, after driving a long time coming back from Yellowstone. We booked a room at the last minute, and were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely deck where you could hear the creek below, a large room with a pretty comfortable bed, it was clean, had a small table and chairs, all the usual stuff was there.... Overall this is a very nice place. We reserved at the last minute, so didn't get the room we really wanted, but our room was still nice. We had a studio apartment like room. The room itself was very homey and nice. There was a huge, private deck overlooking the creek that was just lovely. Unfortunately we only had a... More

We really liked this little resort. It would be great for a family reunion, but we were there as a couple and it was fine. Our room had a deck overlooking the creek, and that was great! We also had a small kitchen....and a Murphy bed (which took me forever to find!). The little original restaurant, the Piney Dell, was... More
